I pull 90 days of your data. I find exactly where your money is leaking. I send you a Loom video showing you the leaks. Sometimes I tell you to fix something yourself for free. I believe in honesty over billable hours.

Step 2: Strategy (I write this.)
I build a spreadsheet of actions: channels, budgets, KPIs, timelines. No vague "brand awareness" goals. I tell you: "By week 3, we need a 2x ROAS or we pivot."

Step 3: Deployment (We do this together.)
